"Dixie Academy was established in 1966 as a non-profit, private school. Dixie Academy has excelled in education and athletics. Our deer hunt is one of the many important ways we earn money for our general fund. The mission of Dixie Academy is to provide a safe and positive Christian environment where all students are valued and challenged to achieve their highest level of learning in order to become self-reliant, responsible citizens."
